Our big day was the Friday when we had an extended bookweek parade where every child dressed up as a book character. Grand Parents were invited and saw many excellent musical performances, had morning tea and were able to have a quick look into their grandchildren’s classroom.

Science Week was also included in our celebrations and every student had a piece of Art work framed and on display for sale.

Author Peter MacFarlane came to the school on Friday worked with all the Year 3 – 7 primary classes.  He showed how through detailed description, you could really paint a picture and write a great story.
